Meeting Grief

I'm learning about grief; perhaps very few have the opportunity to learn about this process without experiencing the death of someone. I don't know for certain except to say that if you google 'grief' or 'grieving' you'll get a barrage of links for information having to do with bereavement.

The grief I'm working with has nothing to do with death of another. In fact, I'm still coming to understand what it is that I'm actually grieving. What I have discovered is that there is a mound of grief/pain/sorrow sitting in my space that I have developed a myriad of tricks for working around.
